BYE-BYE SHOWER AND TUB!

DAY 1

8:15 am September 3, 2013

Double D & D Remodeling arrived!!

Within half an hour the shower was GONE!



Then the door was shut while they worked on the tub removal and surrounding tile


 TUB GONE
AND
ON TRUCK!
BYE BYE
 


Now we got to see what was under the shower and tub!!!








ALL THESE PIPES HAVE TO BE BURIED !!!!

That means a lot of concrete removal tomorrow!!







Clean up from debris after work on DAY 1




THEY DID A REMARKABLE JOB IN CLEANING UP!!!





A lot was accomplished today! Believe it or not,  they were out of here by 3:00!

  MC and I had no trouble making it to the Buffet/Bingo at the Club!


Not too much "dust"!  The crew did a marvelous job in keeping it under control during the demo.  They  had drop cloths all over and were extra cautious in making as  little mess as possible!
Great work guys!

MC and I are prepared.  We have all "necessities" in the Guest Bath and the Epiphany Suite!


I will  report back tomorrow with the PROGRESS!!!!

WE ARE READY FOR DAY 2!

    I'm so impressed with how tidy they were. It looks like they even put tape around the door to keep the dust out of the rest of the house.

      They are fantastic. Tape everywhere and so, so careful to keep the dust under control as much as possible!
