ON THE WAY OUT THE DOOR!

MC and I were dressed and ready!  We were on our way over to "The Club" for a little Buffet/Bingo.  It's a very, very low key Golf Club with a charming Dining Room.  Twice a month,  Adam Rainey,  The  Chef/Kitchen Manager and overall fantastic YOUNG, Adorable,  young man,  conducts a crazy Bingo night after serving a delicious Buffet!  HE DOES IT ALL!

He's going to be a Daddy for the first time next month.  You think he's excited???????  OH Boy!!
He is so proud of his new daughter, Rosalynd.  They  had a 4D sonogram last month!  Things really have changed over the last 50 years since I had my babies!

BACK TO BINGO

We have a ball!!!!
 We play 5 easy games......
the prizes are:
A glass of your beverage choice
 One  Breakfast
 One  Lunch
One round of  Golf
and then the last game of the evening.....
Two  Dinners!

NOW THIS IS SERIOUS STUFF!

Elaine was the winner of the two dinners!  Husband, Lindsay,  was as excited as she!
We do have our fun in our
 ACTIVE ADULT COMMUNITY!

Getting back to the subject of this important Post!

We were just about at the door when I asked MC to help me move four pieces.  I promised him it would take no time at all.  and... It  didn't!  Maybe 10 minutes! We arrived in time for a glass of wine before the Buffet started!

I had the crazy idea of switching out the bedside tables with the end tables on either side of the sofa!  Received this "Epiphany" yesterday afternoon, while in  Traffic on I-75,  traveling to a doctor's appointment!

I like it!  Yes,  I like it!  I wasn't going to create a big deal out of this or write a Post....but it's a quiet afternoon and what the devil......Everyone needs to see the insanity of our lives!

One side of our bed

The other side
This gives me an opportunity to show Erica's great work on the spread she "whipped up"
She actually made that spread when we lived in Charlotte!
LOOK
 how
PERFECT MY SHERRY PILLOWS GO WITH IT!
The back ground fabric of the pillows is almost identical to the spread!

The bedside tables now on both sides of the sofa
I  removed the legs.
The height is perfect without them.

These shots never show up good.  It's the natural light, camera and  Photographer!
I do try!
Hopefully you get the general idea!

MC is in the garage......
.Goody Goody!!
He's working on a project that has been on hold, forever, due to the cold!

I still have his "surprise" to show.  Nothing yet!  Still waiting.......

  2. Patty, I love the fabric of your living room curtains with the trellis pattern. Would you mind sharing what it is?

  4. Melinda, the fabric is from OHCO

MC used Iron On tape and made 4 panels. They were originally in his library!

  5. Patti,
Yes, under 10 minutes. You know how speedy we are.
The legs just screw on and off! Easy as 1-2-3. Put the piece on it's side on the the "moving bath mat" and off we went! Only one of them had stuff we had to remove.
One of the fastest Epiphanies to date!

  7. I love the glam of those side tables. As for the lamps (remember I'm a lamp junkie) perfection.

It looks like Sherry's pillows were made for the spread. Don't you just love it when things just happen like that? I certainly do.

  8. You should get in traffic more often - this was a wonderful "epiphany"!! I always chuckle when I come over here, because your MC must be the most patient man alive. Rearranging before heading out to a party really gives him gold stars in my book!!

  9. What I love most is how you just keep going...and that really is the key to a happy life~ Even if you may not be a B-I-N-G-O winner, you certainly know how to honor life and stay in the game....on your way out the door.
    Good for you!

  12. Erica,
I add to Pinterest DAILY. Each time I move anything, I show a new view of the space! How fun!
I am registered, etc on Instagram. I now need a good phone that has a camera that works! I can view others, but I can't add mine.
Hey you have to get "with it" girl!

  14. Sherry pillows go so well with your bed. I have never thought of using the side table as a nightstand. Great idea, Patty!

    Have a good weekend!
